CO2-TBF VONEN - CO2 Absorbers for Storage Tanks

VONEN ENGINEERING is a global provider of CO2 Absorbers, CO2 Tank Breather Filters (TBF) and CO2 Scrubbers for Demineralized Water Tank and other Storage Tank Vents.

Over 200 units of CO2-TBF VONEN CO2 Absorbers are installed at power stations and water treatment plants in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and in the American continent.

To facilitate the maintenance of the absorber filters, the units can be connected to the Distributed Control System (DCS) of your plant.

We can offer you two optional technologies:

CS-CO2 TBF FILTER - Disposable filter cells Autonomous AM-CO2 TBF FILTER

10 - 5,000 m3/hr

The absorber filter is equipped with replacement filter cells. The absorbent consists of soda lime granules. The granules change their color as the absorbent saturates. The filter cells have to be replaced every three to twelve months, depending on the volume of inbreathing of the tank.

To facilitate the maintenance of the absorber filters, the units can be connected to the DCS system of your plant.

10 - 1,000 m3/hr

The Carbon Dioxide Absorbent is regenerated after each absorption cycle. The filter consists of two identical filtration units. When one unit is filtering, the other is regenerating and vice versa. This allows years of maintenance-free operation.

To facilitate the maintenance of the absorber filters, the units can be connected to the DCS system of your plant.
